Who we are

Beauty Talk Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to redefining what it means to serve through beauty. Our mission is to provide access, education, and empowerment through community-focused beauty and wellness programs. We work to ensure that every individual—regardless of age, background, or circumstance—has access to the confidence and care they deserve.

We proudly partner with schools, shelters, and community centers to offer:

• Complimentary beauty services for youth, seniors, and families in need

• Mentorship programs for high school students and young adults exploring careers in cosmetology and wellness

• Real-world training for newly licensed stylists, estheticians, and barbers

• Seasonal outreach such as back-to-school events, prom glam services, and holiday wellness drives

• Workforce readiness support for aspiring professionals through hands-on experience and personal development

We are the nonprofit sister of Beauty Talk Salon & Spa, and our work is fueled by the same values: education, mentorship, integrity, and heart.
